During the summer, I earned my NHA Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification. As part of my training, I:

• Collected blood samples via venipuncture (30) and capillary sticks (10) under the supervision of a licensed Phlebotomist.

• Followed strict infection control protocols to maintain a sterile work environment.

• Practiced clear communication and active listening, explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns.

• Ensured accurate documentation and proper labeling of all specimens.
